We are a mom-and-pop business dedicated to providing quality hand tools, power tools, electronic assembly tools, and goodies and gadgets to DIY-ers, hobbyists and enthustiasts around the world. Our customers like to tinker with electronics, woodworking and metalworking, gunsmithing, jewelery making, arts, crafts, and just about everything else!
We are based in Lexington, Kentucky. We have over 15 years of experience serving industry and small business. We maintain an eBay auction under the ID CMSurplus and have served customers for 7 years in this way. Our eBay feedback rating stands at 100% over the past 7 years, and we want to keep it that way. It doesn't seem to be that difficult.
We ship every day, and we pride ourselves in excellent customer service. We know your time is valuable, and our products are intended to solve your headache, not create one.
Our goals are pretty simple, and based on a set of simple principles:- Respond to the needs of your customers quickly
- Don't sell something you can't deliver
- When you do sell it to them, deliver it as promised
